Free mortgage tools for universities and nonprofits
If you put together resources for students, employees or your community — a housing office, an HR or financial-wellness program, a homebuyer-education class, a library guide or a veterans office — everything here is free to link to, share and embed. There are no ads, no sign-ups and no lead forms, and nothing a visitor types into a calculator is sent to us.
Pages ready to link
Put a calculator on your own page
Any of our 57 calculators can sit on your site with one snippet: it loads in an isolated frame, resizes itself, runs entirely in the visitor's browser, and shows a small credit link. These four fit most housing and financial-wellness pages:
Why it is safe to recommend
- No ads, sign-ups or lead forms. Students and employees are never asked for contact details or passed to a lender.
- Private by design. Calculations run in the browser; the numbers a visitor enters are not stored or transmitted.
- Cited, current data. Rates come from Freddie Mac's weekly survey and Optimal Blue via the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis; loan limits and fees from FHFA, HUD and the VA; lending data from federal HMDA records. Sources are listed on each page, and rates refresh every week. See our methodology and editorial policy.
- Transparent math. Every calculator shows its formula, assumptions and a worked example.
